چکیده

The purpose of the study was to determine effect work from home on work-life balance, balance job satisfaction, satisfaction and mediated by balance. Work is measured management culture, technical support, supervisor trust, support Human Resource department, financial training, features, personal preferences, household factors. Work-life time engagement overall. Job achievement satisfaction. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS). results analysis show that has an no contributes mediating impact remote employment It suggested this research be developed in a different setting more samples other variables used.
